Despite going undrafted in 2014, the 6’9 Canadian power forward went on to make the finals for Olympiacos in the EuroLeague, and now plays for the Orlando Magic in the NBA. A member of the U18 Canadian Junior national team that won a bronze medal at the 2010 FIBA Americas U18 championships, Birch has also participated in the 2016 Manila FIBA World Olympic qualifying tournament with the men’s senior Canadian side. In 2019 he is a valuable asset for the Orlando Magic and continuing putting up effient numbers on both sides of the floor.
